  2. Why does my inbox not have the preview pane any more? And where is the setting to change it back? I do not appreciate it being changed!!!!

  3. I can't believe how screwed up this "new" email is. I can't believe I have to look for another one

    This new email SUCKS. The link in my email signature looks like ****. Now I'm going to have to find another email. WHY DID YOU CHANGE OUR EMAILS?????? THIS SUCKS!!!!   8. Where are settings in the new mail?! Also, your chat assistant is useless.

    I want to change how the new mail (which I do not like) is viewed. I want to see the split screen with my inbox list at the top and the email open below. But I can't even find the settings option or any way to change how things are viewed. I tried the live chat option to ask for help and was immediately told they can't help (they were "responding" before I even finished typing) and tried to sell me the new pay version. It is clearly a robot and not a helpful one, at that. LEAVE THE OLD…

  10. This yet another change for change's sake email "upgrade" SUCKS!! Switch back to the the old one. Why do you keep jacking with us?

    Stop switching me from classic mail to that ****** new version without my approval!!!!! It's not just annoying, but a pain in the butt to switck it back. This seems to be happening almost daily now. JUST CUT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!

  11. tab metaphor was reason to use yahoo mail

    "new" basic mail is a reason to leave yahoo mail
    the tab metaphor to have multiple messages open at the same time was a key reason to use yahoo mail.
    The next message and previous message buttons are greyed out in win 7 ie11 and or missing entirely.
    I guess it is time to move to Hotmail as my primary

  12. Why have you changed the version of Yahoo?? It is difficult to read or to forward..Why do you keep making it more difficult to stay with Ya

    Are you trying to lose business or followers?? What did you do with the old version of Yahoo...This one is archaic... Give back the old version and leave it alone..If it's not broken...please don't try to fix it!!!

  13. Arrow Keys to go to the Next or Previous Email

    In the new email, which is horrible, when you do a search and pull up emails, you can't just use the arrow keys to go to the next or previous email in the search. You have to go back out to the search list and click on the next or previous email. TAKES FOREVER and I don't have that kind of time when I'm trying to get work done.

  14. New mail also makes Freedom of Information-related communication difficult.

    In addition to the new email format being counterintuitive and too light to read easily, to and from emails with the same party require choosing that feature. When dealing with Freedom of Information requests, etc., the continuity of communication must be seen and as free from manipulation as possible.

    Also, when forwarding email - for example, the email address was wrong and you do not want to have to rewrite everything - you have to reinsert the addressee.

  16. What happened to endless scrolling of mails?

    I used to be able to go through my email by simply scrolling up/down with my mouse wheel. Now I get a single page of emails with << >> to go to next page. This is a waste of time. Since this was already the method of operating exactly what problem did it fix? In looking at a lot of the comments yahoo appears to be messing up mail big time. If you're looking for ways to improve the 'user experience' why don't you pay attention to the comments?
