missing email
I am unable to see any of my emails in any of my folders. The message that is displayed is "There was a problem! Are we missing something here? You don't appear to have a folder with this name."

Narrow the side ad again and lose the purple-colored one at the top.
I'd actually like to be able to see emails, rather then have them covered or scrunched up (and the flashing/animated ones have to go--very ******* the eyes), and if I get a virus or malware on my computer because I accidentally clicked on the purple one, there will be trouble.
I understand you need ads for the revenue but this is getting ridiculous. (and I wouldn't pay $50 for the "privilege" of no ads, especially considering the feedback I've seen here. They pay and they pay and yet there are still ads)

Trashy, dating, etc. sites
For the last six months or so they all kinds of trashy sites keep coming in on my email. Got to click the box 2 times to spam them but they are right back the next day with another new one. Spam doesn't do any good. Any suggestions....deleting yahoo is my suggestion.

Add Chromium as supported browser
Chromium is a faster web browser than Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Explorer, Tor, etc. Yahoo! mail is distinguished by its lack of versatility when it comes to supporting other web browsers, it makes the platform rigid against other email providers, and ultimately it may also cost Yahoo! mail lose clients.

You charge company's to put Ads on, then you bombard us with those Ads and then you charge us for taking the Ads off but not entirely because we still see some Ads.....you act like your doing us a favor but what you forget is that we didn't ask for the Ads to begin with! Really....NOT in my world! I'll stick with Classic and that way I don't have to deal with STUPID which is most Advertising now a days!

if I click spam and deleted them,why do the same spam mail reappear days later.
if I deleted spam,it should mean,never see come thru my email "permantely"..I'm tired of receiving "exoctic/****** adv "spams". I guess I must contact CNN/MSBC/.Yahoo needs some fine tunning in regards to "PREFERENCES".

I really hate using yahoo..!!!!! I loved the old version without any complication much more!!! I loved when I could open more window parallelly, I can not write a new e-mail address becaue at typing @ I can not continue the e-mail address...!!! there were no problem at login...., I was always bothering to choose more secure login and I didn't want to and finally I was forced to choose the new fantastic login, and now I can't step in w/o my phone!!!!! Stop the ads! They take up my mail viewing space on the page, constantly blinking and I CAN'T hardly see my mail to read. It's so annoying!
At least make the ads smaller and the mail viewing page larger. It's supposed to be about our email, not 100 ads popping up. If we wanted to see advertising we could go on the web or something. Where did the"mood" images, faces go? I always use them. Also the types of font with color?
Although the improvements are okay what is lacking--font, color, mood faces, are missed. Size of font has decreased and printing option is not easily seen.

Switching back to BASIC is ****, I SAVE the setting EVERYTIME and it NEVER WORKS!!!! **** **** ****!!!
Make the Save botton work in the Ymail SETTINGS.
Or just remove the Classic option alltogether it is SLOW and it irritates.what use is a SAVE button when it never remembers the setting.
