Cancelling a subscription
I have made several attempts to try & cancel my subscription to the malware protection ever since the day I signed up for it because I didn't realize until after it had already went through that it is for PC's o ly (I was wanting it for mobile) I have never used it & for several months now they've been deducting it from my bank acct. I've since closed my bank account & now Yahoo has suspended my account & telling if they close it I will lose everything (emails, etc...) I've had this account for over 10 years, never a problem @ all & now because I want to close a subscription that I I have never used & should have never even signed up for, they want to just dismiss me like that...I might as well forget trying to get the $ back they took from me although services were never used. That's messed up! Whatever...do whatever u think u should do. I'm so confused, disappointed & mad!
