How many times do I have to report an ad?

How many times do I have to report an ad as "not appropriate", "not interesting" or "repetitive" before it stops popping up? It seems it is impossible to get rid of offensive ads.

    MY ADS ARE ALL WOMEN NAKED CLOTHING **** AND I AM A 70 YEAR OLD MAN---FLASHING ADS ARE THE WORST----I COMPLAIN DAILY 25 TIMES ON THESE ADS AND THEY NEVER CHANGE----THIS PEOPLE SUCK

    They also need to get rid of the ads for Yahoo Plus. Once is enough. It is so large that it gets in the way of using the home page. How about we all just start leaving yahoo.
