I am no longer able to blook email addresses from my Bellsouth account.
My idea would be for Yahoo to make help a lot more direct when trying to find answers to issues. Instead all I get is generic garbage.

I used to be able to block spam email addresses. Now I can't. This makes me believe that Yahoo is encouraging the send of fraud and unwanted email.
