What kind of business are you running?
I cannot get access to my yahoo email account due to not having my old number anymore to verify the text code.
A common problem in an industry like this I am sure.
Your customer service page is actual dog **** and doesn't help whatsoever - keeps redirecting me back to the login page - which obviously I don't have access to.
The last resort on your "Help" page tells me just to create a new email account - are you kidding me? How hard is it to verify my account some other way?
Your paid "contact number" keeps hanging up on me when my issue doesn't apply to your prompts.
I have had this yahoo account for almost a decade, it contains every email contact if ever had and every single piece of correspondence I have ever been involved in.
This is beyond frustrating a huge company like this does not have a proper customer service department and can't fix a simple problem like this.
What a joke.
