I am upset that i had to look for the post. I made the below post that post came back in RED and never posted but it didnt violate any policy YET the AI did no post it and flagged it. the article was about drinking cold water and if its healthy.
If your body can take it go for it. I have drank down cold ice tea and sucked on the ice cube on a hot day. Did i pass out no, your body will tell you when to stop drinking and you know it. If its too cold your body will tell you to sip it instead. I hope we did not spend tax dollar on this study.
