for one, have a category that clearly solicits idea and f/b on the sign-in process...which process BADLY needs attention. but i do not know whether addressing my suggestions on signing in - more exactly, on not getting to sign in when, having filled in the two missing digits in my 2nd recovery option, which is a phone number, as prompted by yahoo to do, rather than then getting into yahoo, i am repeatedly met with a screen titled in large print "0oops" and telling me that i cannot sign in now. that's all; no error code, no explanation, and worst of all, no directions for how to proceed. ridiculous, infuriating, and one of the reasons why yahoo which was my first ever email service, was long ago supplanted by gmail.
