cannot access an account. WHY NOT?

I cannot sign in to FOUR of my accounts. ONE I NEED TO SIGN INTO BECAUSE IT IS AN ACCOUNT I USE TO VERIFY MY PENSION PAYMENTS. I have to submit a certificate of life document in order to receive my pension payments. I do this every year. If I cannot access my account I get no money. Are you going to be responsible? Can I sue Yahoo for denying access to my my account and not being able to receive money?
I have signed into the FOUR accounts in the last 4 to 6 months and I have proof on my alternative email addresses.
