COME ON YAHOO. SORT THIS OUT.
I have posted many comments/requests regarding access to my Yahoo accounts and not had one single reply.
What is the point of feedback when it is ignored?
I cannot access 5 other accounts which I have had for over 26 years and which have important contacts and documents in them. Those accounts HAVE been accessed this year and some in the last two months. I have already lost access to a few non Yahoo accounts because I cannot provide information related to password change and security options.
Please sort this out.
