Cannot access some of my accounts
This is about the sixth time I have asked for help with logging in to my accounts. NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE from Yahoo. What is the point of feedback when it just ignored? I need access to some of my accounts which I have used in the last couple of months. One account has important contacts who I have know for over 26 years and one account has to do with providing details so that I can get my pension payments resumed. I have to give the info every year otherwise I don't get paid. Other accounts are used for passwords and access to other sites and I have already lost access to one site because I could not provide my password details.
This is getting very annoying because of lack of assistance from Yahoo. Why is there no response?
