Lost account because of Yahoo incompetence
OK Yahoo. Now I have lost another account and want to know why. I only used it a few weeks ago and even changed the password on it. I have friends accounts on there that i have known since 2001.
Why can I not access the account? It would be helpful if feedback was read and responded to instead of being completely ignored. I have lost contact with many friends and do not have any backup of their addresses.
Thanks a lot Yahoo. Maybe I should sue.
Oh and I am still waiting a reply regards an account that concerns my Pension payments. I have not received a payment for two months now because I cannot use said account to verify my personal details.
