Layout not agradable
The news are disorganized with mixed objects. I prefer to see the news in a brazilian site that is more agradable and organized. I see the news in www.uol.com.br. Try to do something like it.

I started to see all the opposition in the comments to the extreme left wing writers you had. People were expressing their true views. Comments Removed
Yahoo Im disappointed and not surprised by the removal of comments. I get the fact yahoo is being basically extorted into removing the comment section and the liability involved
However, I also get the fact the real issue here is based on Yahoo's revenue and your advertisers leaving (extortion part), and nothing else.
And what's terrifying about this move, is we are seeing more and more corporations giving into socialist and facist ideologies and from that, the systematic shutdown of free speech and suppression of other opinions. That's the very fabric of America, our origins and what makes America great.

NO Mobile Number required!!!
There is NO reason that you need my mobile number in order to create and account!! I don't want you to have that number !! I should NOT be REQUIRED to enter it in order to sign up for an account!! I attempted to create an account for my son, only to find out that I had to enter my personal mobile number in order to receive a "code" that had to be verified before I can use this account!
I should simply be able to sign up for a free account, like I was able to do 10 years…

One of the best features of Yahoo.com has always been the ability to comment on articles posted. If you don't bring back the comments you are just another biased one-sided web site that is afraid to let your visitors comment on what you have posted. You will lose many people who visit your website if the comments don't come back including me.

It is simple, bring back the comment section on all articles. I don't believe for a second you waited years and years to eliminate comments, just as people are calling out all of Yahoo's bias articles. Shameful

How about actual news in my news feed?
Logged into Yahoo to check my email, only to find the following headline at the top of the news feed: Progressive Writers Agree: Those Republicans Deserved to Get Shot. Wow. If I want some nonsense about writers encouraging violence against elected representatives, I'll go straight to the source (in this case, The Federalist). Shame on Yahoo (and by extension its new owner, Verizon) for propagating this drivel. I've put off switching to a new email service for years (mostly out of sheer laziness). Perhaps now is the time.
