  1. email changed to old look and won't switch back. Why?

    My email now comes up as the old version and won't go to new. When I click on HOME, the page comes up in Spanish. Fix it please.

    Automatic Renewals, this morning I woke up to 50+ emails from Yahoo telling me that my automatic renewal had generated and I was renewed for a year. Why 50 times was it sent??? Probably a glitch but I cannot find a support phone number to save my life!!!

    There is the possibility to enter my email and password,without key??

    If you cannot access an old phone to receive the Account Key, use a desktop computer to send the Account Key to your alternate email:

    - Go to the Yahoo sign in page.
    - Enter your email address | Click Next.
    - Click I don’t have access to this phone and you’ll see your alternate email.
    - If the email is correct, click Yes, send me an Account Key.

  17. Please take care of your users! I have requested to speak with a specialist 5 or 6 times in the last two weeks, and no one has contacted me!

    Why is there no "call center" for Yahoo! Mail?
    Why is your chatting system not easy, and user friendly?
    Why do you take a very long time to check and review the "requests" your users submit?

  18. Your help.yahoo.com, provides ZERO help for spam. Why do you keep repeating this same BS??? How about answer the question??

    Why won’t you do anything about the spam?? Please just answer the question?? It’s so frustrating, that you provide basically no customer service.
