Once you do a search, the tabs don't close
Once you do a search, the tabs don't close and doesn't allow you to close it
Please clear the browser cache and cookies. If you still find the issue happening try using a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

drag and drop attachments
Allow 'drag and drop' of attachments. This feature in the old yahoo mail seems to have been deleted in the new yahoo mail

SPAM
I have selected the same emails in my Spam folder dozens of times and clicked the 'Not Spam' button. It moves the emails back into the inbox where the belong but, a few minutes later, they go right back into my Spam folder. Please fix the 'Not Spam' functionality. So many of my necessary emails end up in Spam and I cannot correct it. Instead, I have to comb through hundreds of junk emails to find any new needed emails. I probably miss some of them because they are buried in the junk.

This Forum Blocks Posts from My Paid Yahoo Small Business Account!
If I try to post here from my paid Yahoo Small Business Account I get this error message:
"You must be over 13 years of age to use this Yahoo service"There is no way to tell the system my age in the new Yahoo Small Business Account!

Information from Drafts gone missing
On several occasions, I have had important information from my Draft emails gone missing, without having sent or deleted it. Please help resolve this. I guess it cannot be recovered, but could you verify it does not happen again?
Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly. If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

Yahoo mail "about:blank" ****...
Your yahoo mail as of June 2019 is completely unusable as it generates nothing but "about:blank" screens, interrupting even simple email review

My account keeps randomly deleting my emails!
I have two accounts of which I use daily. Both are randomly deleting my emails. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING LIKE THIS! I run a business off of them both and receive HIGHLY important, detrimental emails that I cannot have deleted. Please fix this

I keep getting security alerts
I keep getting security alerts that I am signing in on an unknown computer and it makes me get a code. I don´t want that. I only have two computers that I use all...the...time. Why does it not recognize my computers and stop asking me to get a code!!!!

Every time I click on my Yahoo mail a new tab pops up. PLEASE make that stop!!! If it doesn't I will not be back to Yahoo ever.
STOP with the pop up window in Yahoo mail! It's horrible and I'll close out my account if it doesn't stop.
You can disable the Tab multitask:
Click on settings (gear icon on the email page, upper right side) > more settings > scroll down and toggle off the option next to “Message tabs”

On the top right corner of the email page, between your profile picture and the Home button click the dots and you will see the links to the Finance, Sport, and news in the drop-down menu.

Please note that you can easily empty the Trash and Spam folders by clicking the small trash can icon that appears once you hover your mouse over the mentioned folders.

I must be stupid I can not pull up my emal list. On that NEW Email page. why do you all keep on changing it?

It would be nice to be able to use the Ctrl + F5 to refresh the web page to the Inbox, like it was previously. Thank you.
