Allow Yahoo Mail Plus settings to be enabled on app and mobile
I signed up for Mail Plus specifically because I get tons of spam emails and I want to be able to block them not just trash them. However the only way to change the settings you can use with is on a desktop which I don’t have. With most people replacing desktops with tablets and phones this seems like Yahoo is a little behind. I’ll be canceling my plus subscription until they can get with current trends.

political ads
Stop posting political ads! I understand that a free service is entitled to sell advertising space to cover costs. But you should NOT serve as a forum for political causes. It is very offensive.

turn off recovery accounts
How do I turn off recovery emails. This is a throwaway email address. I hate using the recovery email address and phone number. If I can't get into it, so be it! I don't need the recovery email.

I wonder why if yahoo is aware there are many scams and phishing attacks why isn't there a option to report as scam. We have the option to report as spam. But I wonder why yahoo as a email provider doesnt do more to help their users combat all the scams

Maintain focus on current message in Inbox.
When I read an email, then hit <esc> to go back to the inbox, the focus (highlighted message) in the inbox has changed. It would be nice if the focus remained on the most recent message I opened, so I can quickly hit delete. Instead, today I occasionally another message by mistake, because the focus has changed.

New Folders
Absolutely hate the new folders! Put everything back to Inbox and I'll decide what's what. All my stuff is spread out all over the place! Geez!!

Hello,
Would like to know why when I'm in ALL MAIL that when I want to save a particular email to another named folder it actually duplicates the same email and that email stay's in the folder I want to move it from. So when I deleted it it was deleted from both folders .... WHY ??????Hi, we'd like to hear more about this issue. Could you please contact us at help.yahoo.com so we can look into it?

New from Cox
As someone forced to use your service after Cox abandoned or sold off their email servers, let me say I'm not impressed. It looks like Google mail has been copy and pasted. First off, I do not like ads being put in my inbox; nor can i even delete them. The right panel seems to change ads every 10 seconds which is distracting when I'm trying to read important emails. Lastly your using a generic star system when Cox had a colored flag system that worked wonderfully so I ID emails by color.

It could be limited to once a year or so, but we need this to keep our accounts secure when the sign in email has been exposed and is being attacked. -

Export only a specific Contract List, Not "All" Contacts
Why is there no option to export (or import) a specific contact list, instead of the entire list of all contacts???? I only want a specific named and created list from within my entire list of contacts.

log in page
My "complaint" is more trivial than all of the others. Why can't yahoo mail's log in page be changed to something better looking, including just mail & password without that tarnished pink page and graphic? They get tiring to look at, daily or hourly. Even gmail changed theirs to a more simplistic, modern and "to the point" log in page. Thank you
