Actually leave an option for people who don't have cellphones---the alternative to get around the demand to add a phone number is not there
Yahoo put the alternative back on the "add your cellphone number," but it has disappeared again. Go back to Classic, please.
In order to add a recovery method (phone number) you can go to mail.yahoo.com and sign in. After that, in the top right corner click on your name and on “Account Info”. Go to “Account Security” and sign in again. After that, click on phone numbers and you will be able to add another one.

Allow the audio and video to play in Firefox
Currently, when using FireFox, when I try to play a video with audio, no audio plays. If I switch to Microsoft Edge, I can't get the audio or video. Please correct these problems.

How about an actual Yahoo contact for help
The only actual help (not a list of common problems and solutions) I can find for Yahoo email is to subscribe to a monthly PAID program. All other email sites have free help. Please get an actual HELP site with chat or speak with an ENGLISH speaking person.

Once you open an email click the three dots next to the Spam option on the top of the email and select “View raw message” A new page will open where you should look for the Originating-IP line.

wrong phone number in email
I need help to get the incorrect phone number I see when I send an email . I went to the security page and the number listed for my account is the correct number. However, I still see an incorrect number showing up when I send an email. I do not want someone elses number sent to people. Please post instructions on how to get the correct phone number to show up in my sent emails. Yes I see the correct number on the security page.

l cannot access Contacts with Firefox. Works with Safari. Mac, Mojave, Firefox browser.
Please clear the browser’s cache and cookies. If the issue persists, use a different browser.

can't delete reminder events
I accidentally created a double event reminder for the same person's anniversary and just now (July 2019) I tried and tried to delete the extra. It won't let me check the box first of all. Nor when I hit delete for the unnecessary reminder and get the "this event only" window and I confirm a delete, it won't delete and just takes me back to the edit details page. AT&T if you're the slumlord here, you need to fix the calendar (Using chrome)

Eliminate the tabs
I noticed tabs now when opening emails. I don't like it. As I read all the complaints on many subjects I can see that Yahoo isn't listening to the yahoo population. As a retired computer engineer I find it appalling that changes are being made without user input.
Click on settings then scroll a bit down and toggle the option next to “Message tabs” Off

Emails are closing themselves while I'm reading them
I open an email, and then if I try to scroll down within that email even a little bit, the email closes itself and I'm back in the inbox again.

Continues to report items in Draft folder and it has been empty for weeks - BAD software. Do you ever test this stuff ?
Continues to report that there is no internet connection when WiFI connection drops below about 20Mps. I'm connected otherwise, but mail fails to find the connection.
