Why cannot I "Block Senders" anymore? I can on certain yahoo e-mails but not on others!

Remove ADs listed in Inbox
Please remove ADs listed in the Inbox - why do ads appear like it is an unread email message - when trying to clear out junk mail these ADs - have a check box and then pop ups appear. if this continues to happen I will be changing my email service as I do not want to get a virus - and that is what the recent ADs appear to be.

Hello there,
Since your policy includes no contact other than this, I'll be hijacking this option to express my opinion.
With regards to the mail storage changes that are coming, I do understand your intentions (probably want to roll out a subscription system as almost all other email platforms), and I do get that I only have 2 choices: like it or leave it. However, going from 1T to 15GB is an extremely steep cut back. Is there any compensation you're planning to offer for this?

Provide a bounce back email option like gmail!

Increase mail filters from 500 to 10,000
Can you please increase the number of Filters from 500 to 10,000? 10,000 is the number used on Gmail. If you want to stay competitive, then you should upgrade this or else people will switch to Gmail. Thank you.
Just to clarify, the reason for this is because I get so much advertising / spam in my inbox and takes a long time to have to delete or view these messages. It would great if the filter could be increased as I would like to filter out these senders to an "Advertising" folder so I don't have to look at…

Bring back the color set options to the appearances section of settings
Now there is no way to really change the background color package of Yahoo Mail as we could before. The various color sets (orange/red, blue/green, purple, etc.) are no longer available, and it sucks.

ads that look like emails
We're getting ads that look like emails from companies. They're easily identifiable as ads. While this in and of itself is a problem which can lead to a LOT of undesired internet navigation (I see ads, that company goes on my "never use" list).
That isn't the big problem though - by forcing these into the list, with one appearing at minimum per page, it slows down navigation significantly as your site is trying to load the next ad to squeeze into that spot. This slows your mail client down to where it becomes near intolerable.
Either remove the ads… -
Opt Out of Stupid Stuff
How do I get rid of the **** you keep pushing on the right side?
I can get the contact info if I need it and I sure as **** know who it is and do not need a chunk of my monitor wasted.
I am getting tired of having to return to the only version you have put out in ten years of MY LAYOUT that I like.
You new face on the same product isn't an improvement.

Get rid of the Unread folder
Get rid of the Unread folder. I hate that I can't move a message to my inbox, and if I read it and then close the Unread folder the message is gone, and I want to read it again.

Message reception/tracking
Allow us to track messages being received by the other party. I send workorders to my landlord and it'd wonderful to know if they were seen/received without me constantly calling them.

Spam feature not working correctly.
When I mark inbox messages as Spam, I never get messages from that email address again. They do not go to Spam or Trash, I just never get them again. I did not want that. I just wanted the messages from certain senders not to show up in my inbox. But now I can never receive those messages again.

video ads
Please stop with the ads in paid business mail. I pay for my mailbox and shouldn't have inappropriate ads popping up every second. Also, the constant buffering to run these stupid ads on the right side of the screen makes it impossible to type complete sentences. I can't finish one sentence without it getting hung up on loading an ad. I have to wait til it finishes loading for me to be able to go back in and finish a thought or fix grammatical errors due to it stopping my typing. FIX THIS ISSUE OR I'M TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

The whole idea of correspondence via email is DEAD AND BURY when I can not send email with epub book attachement to my friend.

can we pin emails to the top of the inbox or something that would serve the same purpose?
perhaps the ability to have a folder open automatically on opening that we can shift our emails into? (not as good but if pin not possible)

Increase limit of blocked email addresses.
The 1000 address limit on blocked email addresses needs to be increased. Marking emails as Spam is not the solution as it only moves emails to the Spam folder. Users still need to check their Spam folders regularly to look for non-spam emails that might be sorted into there unwillingly and there is a ton of emails to sort through in this Spam-filled Internet. Increasing the limit of blocked email addresses would help tremendously.

Inbox issue
Need to only select 50 emails at a time instead of the entire inbox when you check select all!
