Since your policy includes no contact other than this, I'll be hijacking this option to express my opinion.

With regards to the mail storage changes that are coming, I do understand your intentions (probably want to roll out a subscription system as almost all other email platforms), and I do get that I only have 2 choices: like it or leave it. However, going from 1T to 15GB is an extremely steep cut back. Is there any compensation you're planning to offer for this?
