How can we improve New Mail?

It would be nice if you could adjust the column containing the folders to make it larger or smaller

I would like to be able to adjust the column width for the folders like the other columns.

    I agree that the user should be able to change the width of the left-most column.

    In the beta version i cannot adjust the width of the left reading pane anymore. I cannot read the names of my folders. In the old version I could read the the Folder name.
    I suggest to have either the option to adjust the text size ( with a smaller font the full name will be visible in the small column ) or to have the option to pull out and increase the width of the left reading pane.

    Hello, please make the SIDEBAR adjustable in the width.

    Because in the new design you can read only some letters then you see the number of new messages.

    But if you have some folder that beginn with the same syntax / Name you can not see the full name and have to click every folder.

    Opening an Folder or move an email (drag&drop) to an folder in the New Mail is very slow.

    Prefer to be able to slide the view width to read the full folder ID.

    Agree. The desktop version of mail need a wider Folder field so that the names are not truncated to 10 characters. Frustrating!

    can't see the names of my folders bc the column is too narrow.

    I would like to increase the width of the left hand panel as I can't easily see the names of my folders. Is this possible as I can't seem to be able to drag it to widen it?

    This is incredibly important for me. Like everybody, I get alot of newsletter and information and spend the beginning of my day deleting most of them. I'd like to use the filter feature more, but the space provided for the folders is very narrow, and when it has an unread email and goes to a bold font, many descriptions get truncated.

    A simple small, medium and large width option would probably suffice.

    The column used to be adjustable, but now I can't read the name of most of my folders because the column is too narrow and can't be adjusted.

    Allow the user to make the folder list and ad panels narrower, so I can see the content of the email without having to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the email. This is very annoying.

    The flashing document button is very distracting.

    This is a huge problem. I have a lot of folders and I can no longer read the names of half of them.
