Attachments are not downloading
i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

Same problem. I can download when in Basic Mail but not in regular. I am a paid subscriber using MacBook Air (early 2014) running OS High Sierra 10.13.6

I am also facing the same problem. I am using Chrome Browser in Windows 10 Pro PC. Please give me also the solution. I can see the preview but can't download.

I can preview the documents, using chrome latest version and Windows 10 as I said before.

Same for me. Able to download documents earlier today and now not able to. Documents are Word and Excel from another (different) account, if that helps. Using normal PC with Windows 10.

This has happened multiple times in the past couple of years, any attachment, no matter how many or what file type just shows a single "untitled" as the file name, and not able to download. I can forward the email to another service and get the attachments that way, or load our yahoo account on a 3rd party email client, but Yahoo browser not handling them properly.

This seems to be an issue when downloading Multiple attachments as a ZIP file. If I have <20 it works fine but >20 or so Word docs for example never download.

I think this problem is happening a lot. Boh my hasband and areexperiencing this . Please sort it or you will lose us. Itusedtowork until you forced us tochange to the new style e-mail.

Having the same issue for the past week and a half with PDF files and Word Documents sent as an attachments. This shouldn't be too hard to fix. I even upgraded my Adobe PDF reader.
