Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    No attachment download, I forward email to Gmail to get the attachments. Very annoying Yahoo.

    attachent nead to accessable for atlast couple mounths so you can get back from holidays

    Some time back I started not being able to download attachments on my laptop when the attachment was over a certain size. The problem is now also happening on my desktop and it doesn't matter whether I am using Chrome or IE. The computers have different virus protectors as well.
    I see lots of post having the same issues but nowhere to be found is a solution.
    If not solved then a different mail provider is the obvious choice

    fix downloading documents problem.i cant download any documents.sometimes it downloads..sometimes it doesnt.used different browsers with correct settings..

    i think i have to give up yahoo id that i have been using it for 17 years

    Mail won't download any attachment that is bigger than 10 megabytes. It shows the message "waiting for dl-mail.ymail.com" and such but there is still nothing downloaded. I am using firefox on my windows laptop. I tried using my phone default email app (not Yahoo mail app) and it downloads just fine. Please see into this.

    what is wrong with yahoo???
    i cant download attachments
    this is really bad.
    I am being forced to send emails to my gmail in order to open attachments
    What is going on ????

    It gives a solution to fix being able to download attachments but how they tell you to fix it is not there.

    PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. NOT ONLY JUST PUT ON COMMENT MY ENGINEER TEAM WILL SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BUT NOT DO ANYTHING AT THE END OF THE DAY.

    hi. i cant seem to download any of my email's attachments. lastmonth i downloaded the attachments and it was fine. when i try to re-download it again it just loads...but no progress to the download at all. pls help

    I am trying to download an attachment in an email, Yahoo! will only let me preview the attachment but not download or print. Can this be fixed please?

    Very upset with yahoo mail, can't open attachment.

    Anyway, just like what other says, better create your new mail like gmail or hotmail. Forward therein whichever mail from yahoo mail which have attachment that can't download. Gmail work fine.

    When I download a PDF file from an email it changes the name to gibberish. Therefore it is no longer associated with the PDF viewer. Renaming the file to a PDF extension allows it to be viewed. This happens both on Chrome and Edge. Downloads fine on YM iOS app.

    I can not open the attached file more than 1 Mb. For improve this problem,
    I need to forward this mail to the gmail and open the same file. The result is can open file on the gmail.

    Please help me to correct this problem too.
