scroll
When I scroll within an email it keeps jumping back to the top.

As a side note, I have found that if I put the pane on the right into "Settings" it stops jumping to the top. Presumably, this is because the ads aren't constantly reloading...

This is easily the most annoying thing about the new format. I can't get through a long email without it jumping to the top. Extremely annoying!

All of a sudden I'm trying to read an email and because the ads are flashing on the right hand side of the window I can't read anything until I close the ad bar on the side. Every time the ad changes, the message I'm trying to read jumps to the top and I have to scroll down and try to find where I was. VERY ANNOYING! A few seconds the ads are back wrecking havoc on my experience. There are too many FREE mail options out there for you to be misbehaving like this.
I'd just as soon bail than pay anything and worry about you lying about with what and to whom you are sharing my data. -

I've had the same problem & have switched back twice leaving the message about the problem. If the problem isn't going to be fixed stop the auto change to the "new" format.

Was offered the new email option; can't read my emails because it keeps popping back up to the top. Will be moving back to the classic. The bells and whistles don't mean much if I can't utilize the program for its primary purpose.

Same problem and I have to forward messages to another email service just to read my emails. I thought by now this would be fixed but it is still a problem. I can't tell if it is happening each time the constant ads refresh or if it is just random. but it is a serious problem. I have no need for this email if I can't read my damned emails!

This bug was in the earlier version of New Mail that was offered to users a few months ago, and IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. Maybe it is just IE11 on Windows 7? I will try Firefox, and I see the same thing there I will have to return to classic mail as I did earlier.

Mine does, too. I can't read the email because it keeps jumping back to the top.
