    Who was the idiot who thought up this new form? It's difficult for us older folks who aren't all that computer savvy. I have to go to my contacts for every address I have on file instead of just typing in the first letter and the address comes up....that was easy. Can't find where I can change colors. Why fix it if it ain't broke? I don't see where this is supposed to be so much better. It's worse, not better. Please, please fix this. Bring back the old way or should I just find another company like Hotmail or one of those other companies. I really liked yahoo. Oh well, it probably has to do with stupid millennium thinking.

    I want my old format back. I don't like this new one. I don't see my Contact list at one time. I appreciate new ways of doing things but not this format, thanks.

    fed up don't like this new mail and trying to force us to like it by 'updating' the classic one is just a con trick. just want the old simple classic yahoo mail back with the nice old, big, simple to use font. Why does everything always have to be modernised?! why do we have to use this new complicated that strains the eyes and is so complicated. there is enough clutter in life. we want classic mail back, as it was, its not much to ask.

    I'm having an awful time even being able to read my e-mails. I HATE this new format and I want to have the classic yahoo back. Your refusal to allow me to use the format I want is ridiculous. More and more I will not use e-mail at all.

    You could try listening to the people that have been asking you to stop changing it. Each change you make seems to make it more like a middle schoolers ar project.

    I want the old email back, please. I loved it. I don't like the new email, and even though I keep putting it back to classic mail, you switch it back. Coke brought Classic Coke back when people didn't like New Coke. Why can you not do the same, please? Thank you.

    I hate the latest version of Yahoo. Advertisements all over - also in my inbox. If this does not end I will stop using Yahoo.

    Agreed. The new formats for basic as well as full version are horribly cumbersome. The old basic format was fantastic. Please go back to it.

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    Has anyone found a way of moving folders in the new (****) version?
    I can't even get passed the pre-selected topics in the help section.

    I agree please let us have the old version back!

    Got it why Yahoo isn’t paying attention to its users is because they have taken pages out of the Democrat’s play book. Just like the southern border has no problem so Yahoo mail has no problem.

    Has anyone who has had problems with this new format had your problems fixed? I sure the heck haven’t and it’s more than just a few.

    I have contacted some of the sponsoring advertisements of their ads on this new Yahoo mail format and informed them of how the users are very unhappy with it and people are slowly moving away to other mail servicer because of this. Told them also that all most of the users want is to have the Yahoo CLASSIC back to stay with Yahoo.

    The best idea would be to go back to the old format. It worked where the new format does not. I will probably be switching to Google mail.
