    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    je suis passée à la nouvelle version de Yahoo Mail et tout est FLOU dans ma boîte de réception ce qui est vraiment handicapant...

    I do not want to update my email box. I like the idea that I can push the "K" button on my keyboard and have all my mail marked read.

    With thousands of negative responses, why do you insist on forcing this new version on us. You have never even tried to explain or point out any advantage of "new mail".
    I've been looking for posts from users who are thanking you for the new version. Haven't seen any. This is a terrible show from Yahoo about who has the power and who doesn't really matter. Obviously my comment will be disregarded like all the others. Very sad.

    Keep wanting to change what isn't broken and the new mail sucks. Change is not always good.

    Yahoo listen to your customers. We don't want this change! I like Classic more than Gmail, and it's a good email program! Don't throw it out. Resent using the new email. This is no way to treat us!

    "We continually strive to improve and upgrade our products to make them even more useful to our members." well let me tell you Yahoo that this upgrade stinks,,,,not user friendly...but what else could we expect from Yahoo....

    I do not like this new format. I want the old one. Also, you can't have your contacts list by last name first.

    bring back the old format this new one sucks I've been a Yahoo customer a long time and this is the only time I have disagreed with your change
