    Quit changing what works. Now I can't fix problems. Liked Classic better but can't go back.

    I have never seen such a FUBAR program. Give me back the old one. 75% of what I'm getting now is a mailer daEMON TELLING ME SOMETHING COULDN'T COME THROUGH.

    This new Yahoo Mail format is still unstable. Had an email, opened it up, did a reply and sent it and the email that was sent to me still shows that it is UNREAD. There is still to much wrong with this new format that a normal person can't keep up with the BUGS that it still has. Go back to CLASSIC and consider this new format as a loss and write it off on your taxes.

    I am very disappointed with the new set up. It is murder at home - slow as a dino stuck in a tar pit, but even worse at work due to company security. Yahoo has been my primary e-mail account since the early 90s, but now I feel I am back in the 90s again each time I open the mailbox since the easiest operations now take ages. This was never an issue earlier... Please, please, please do something to improve this!

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    This new one is not as clear as the old one, text is nowhere near as good ! Rubbish, revert back to the old !

    bad move from yahoo, i switching to gmail if yahoo keep asking me to switch for new format.

    Go back to the old classic email. I don't like how this new one saves everything in a folder and I can't get rid of it, if I want to save it I will do it the new email does it without asking. New mail is difficult to use. I have used yahoo for years and I think it is time that I find another one that is user friendly. Why can't we pick the one we want to use? I do not like the new one. It sucks.

    This new email is awful. I used to be able to search my email for all emails even deleted emails . I can no longer do this. If I want to be able to look fro an old email I will need to move every email into a new folder or not delete them which will make anything impossible to find. I can no longer change the subject of an email when I forward the email. I need to be able to do this for y business. I pay for this email and it is absolutely **** now. If I reply to an email it no longer shows up in my sent file . I have to compose a new email to show when I sent something. Again , when I am trying to meet deadlines and have to prove that I did send an email , I can't . I HATE this new format. Please fix some of the issues before I have to change emails again.

    I do not like this redone 'new format'! Interesting that I find it difficult to find my contacts!
    a major part of email if mailing to my contacts. Why make them a small icon almost hidden.
    When I did discover where it was hidden, it takes me back to the older format/page where I find
    a suggestion that I'm one click away from the new format.
    I like change, if it is improved. To change to a clunkier page? I do not like it. Seriously looking into a different email service. I feel that with all the negative comments and no response to users tells me that you are not listening and do NOT value our input. Prove me wrong, Please

    It is very unfortunate that you have decided to eliminate the possibility of returning to the Classic Mail version I've been using for many years and was accustomed to. Could you at least give the alternative of using a light gray color as a background that does not exist at this time?
