    I am unable to search the web for what I need from the new format...I have mentioned this 3 times before...It is very inconvenient, and I dont want to use the new format!

    I hate the fact that I was forced to change my email format. I hate the new format. I want my old one back. I wanted to stay with the old format.

    I have just been downgraded to and different format with no option to return to the original one. I don't need some child's idea of improvement. Please fire the child, return me to the original format with options and save your self money by leaving it alone. Thank you!

    I find it very rude for you to just change things.

    I HATE THIS NEW FORMAT!!!! We pay for this service, we does Yahoo go against their customer's requests? Please give is back our classic format, this one is terrible.

    I finally tried the new format, I have to say it's not bad. There are some things that can be improved upon such as the themes.

    This new format is rubbish, there was nothing wrong with the previous one, I don't suppose any notice will be taken though.

    The signature is no longer centered and I can´t get the signature to center or to reduce the font size

    Looks like everyone hates it. Why do we always need to change something. Let the customer tell you when to change things. I need the color on my words. This is WAAAY too bright.

    This new format is terrible. It's ugly. You should give users the option of using the new format if they want or to continue to use the older format.

    It does not work or open mail properly. Every function is MORE DIFFICULT to use.

    I HATE the new format, why do you keep messing with things. It is jumbled and just not what I want. Been with Yahoo for 20+ years, but it may be time for a change. Let people keep the old format if that is what they want, and stop trying to force things on us
