    How do we get back to the old format on your help page it directs us to the location of the RETURN TO CLASSIC mail FORMAT and typical its been removed so no why of self help thanks for wasting a full days work

    cant get into our business mail period no matter what we do Yahoo wants business clients yet another mass ***** up we have 100s of clients we need to mail yet cant thanks Yahoo another fine mess you got us into

    THe GARBAGE update that REQUIRES you to update OR NOT be able to Access your email is STUPID at best and IDIOTIC at worst!!!
    This is the dumbest thing Yahoo has ever done1!
    I clicked on the dam UPDATE my email at least 10 times and it NEVER updated, yet kept giving me the same BS issue!!!
    NOW IF you're going to require us to UPDATE then MAKE IT WORK RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If I wanted to use the new one I would have chosen to do so. I have no desire to work through the **** you insist on foisting off onto us so please stop making it so dang hard to revert to the old format.

    Change Password is not showing up as an option; so your HELP is either broken, or the settings are. Of all the things to ***** up...

    Don't like the formatts offered. Don't like the space to the right you've made for ads.. I have ad remover but the openspace is still there.
