    Quit changing how to edit contacts and groups/lists. My mother-in-law called crying (at 11pm last night) because she can't sort through contact groups now. She thought she was losing her mind (she's almost 70). She does all emailing and communication for local charity, providing low income kids musical instruments and experiences. She had to print lists and compare to her groups roster of over 200 people, just to send emails last night. I only keep yahoo for junk email (and to be able to help her when she has a problem). This is exactly why I try to make her switch to gmail.

    I am not comfortable with new format, nor do I find it as user friendly as the old one. Please restore me back to my comfort zone!!!!

    I absolutely DESPISE this new format. I NEED my incoming and outgoing messages to be SEPARATE. In addition, if I want to reply again to someone, it goes back to ME! So stupid. I used to be able to open separate windows to copy from a sent message while I'm in another window sending another one, and now I can't do that. The old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" comes into play here. There was nothing wrong before, and now it's all messed up. I'm trying to run TWO companies here, and I am considering changing services, because I can't get the work done I need to get done properly. Don't lose business over these changes. Change it back. I can't even log into the business side of Yahoo! Straighten up, or I'll take both of my companies elsewhere.
