This new classic inbox is not user friendly. I've lost my one year mails and don't know how to get back. If we select un-read, many times even read mails also selected and deleted. No option to switch to basic mail too. off late iam thinking to leave yahoo and start using Gmail. Nobody replies.

New mail, which was forced upon us does not function well! It is slow! Unsubscribe bogs down my desktop & never goes through. The format is OK but the whole new mail is just horrible performance wise.Yahoo mail users need a choice.

This new mail is totally broken. All of my old messages have disappeared, along with my contact list. As a Yahoo Small Business Account member, losing all those messages and contacts is devastating to my business and I'm absolutely sick about it.

My address book will not reset to LAST NAME order. Additional copies of address keep showing up. I HATE THE NEW MAIL!!!!!!

Do the presidents of Oath, Verizon, Yahoo, ETC. know of the problems that Yahoo is having with their new email format that they rolled out? How about the board of directors? I’m sure they would have known by now of the problems this New Yahoo email format has or is it that Yahoo has not changed them over from Classic email format to the New Yahoo email format or is it that they jumped to another email provider like many of the Classic email format users are doing.
What about the advertiser’s when they find out that their viewership is not like it was or how the viewership would not improve as made up to be by Yahoo with this New Yahoo email format? What about the stock market? Will people sell their investments in Oath, Verizon, Yahoo, ETC. being the decline of people using this New Yahoo email format?
The best thing Yahoo or whoever is running it to save face is to bring back the Classic email format to all users and take the New Yahoo email format offline. Fix the problems it is having and do a complete test on it. After Yahoo has their people do the testing give it to a select group of people not associated with Oath, Verizon, Yahoo, ETC. making sure it is sent to all ages for their input. After all is repaired then roll it back out to the users. Some of the bells and whistles are more of a hindrance then an improvement. Who knows that someone may get a pat on the back or more with a Newer Yahoo email format.

Agree - hate this new one and that I have been FORCED to move over is not good given the feedback. Just tried to sort my inbox and now can't even sort by the most basic of parameters - e.g. SENDER!!!!!

This new system is more laborious and doesn't bring up all of my contacts when trying to email a group. I dislike this new system! And why does a new window open up every time I look at my contacts?
