    I don't consider it "user-friendly" for you to change the format of my mailbox without asking me if that's what I want. The old format was easy to use. I was able to process my mails quickly and efficiently. This new format is too fancy. If you want to create an updated version, fine. But I would prefer to have a choice as to whether I want to use that new format or not.

    Do I have a choice? Apparently not. If I did, there would be a button to click allowing me to restore the format I preferred.

    Reading and sorting my mail used to be a pleasure. You have turned it into a chore. How sad.

    I want the old version back and want to STAY that way quit changing it without notice and not giving us the option to change ourselves!!

    ask first don't just implement some of us have disabilities and you are being cruel by changing accessibility on formats if it isn't broke don't fix it

    My contact list is now a mess with many duplicate contacts. I had in my alphabetical order and some idiot at Yahoo went and rearranged things

    Can we PLEASE have the old layout back? PLEASE
    I have given the new layout my best try ever since I was forced to switch. Ive tried all different combos of color, text size, boldness, layout, etc..
    I HATE IT. I STILL HATE IT.
    Its just ******* the eyes. Its hard to skim the subject lines. I want the old layout back.
    Ive had the same yahoo email address since 2004 when I got internet for the very first time.
    And, now, for the very first time, I am beginning to explore other email providers. If I have to be stuck with this new layout, I will be switching to someone else as soon as I find one suitable.
    Sorry, Yahoo, but Fail.

    when putting in multiple contacts on an email they are listed by first name, not last as was before, that sucks

    it is few times that i have complained that i don't like the new format.... I DON'T LIKE AT ALL, and one of the reasons is that I DON'T LIKE to see my I.D. already on the login page.
    Please put me back to old format and again PLEASE don't make any changes without my approval

    I HATE this new format
    PLEASE STOP asking me to change it and STOP putting in this hidden shortcuts that change it without me realizing what key strokes I have mistakenly hit.

    i think i have been hack because the picture looks like a man if i had a picture on my pc .i would put it there but i dont, like to go back to my old profile.

    Can't find my contact list and can't move my e-mails to my folders....I want to go back to the old e-mail. I don't like this one!
