    There is NO 'click back to classic mail' button!!!!

    I never wanted "new" YAHOO mail. Every "improvement" is a disaster

    Please help. My inbox of Yahoo emails has switched to miniature size print. How do I reset them to readable size?

    how many times do I need to change back to the old format before you realize I don't want you to make changes without my approval. I don't like the new format.

    with your nonrequested change to email (which is terrible) my return messages have number and symbols and make it difficult to read and make sense out of.

    I have no idea what you think you are doing, but my business account that is VERY ACTIVE is now gone due to your changes to this system. I am way too busy to deal with this ****. Return my former email immediately.

    I switched to the new e-mail and hate it. There are instructions for switching back but they don't work. The item "Switch back to Classic E-mail" that is supposed to be at the bottom of the settings is not there. Only provide feedback is there.

    Help! The new e-mail locks up my browser (latest FireFox).

    Suddenly, today, I cannot send emails!!! They are staying in my "Drafts" folder and a message is telling me there is an errtor. When I try to find out what the error is, to try to fix it, I find that the settings menu has changed and what used to be straightforward now gives no information that I need.,

    If over 17,416 "customers" don't want the new format, why are you not providing an alternative?
    Your ads may pay the bills, but your users won't be looking at the ads if they're not using your product.I am now looking into other email providers. Thanks for nothing and for not listening, Yahoo. I was sick of Kardashian 24/7 anyways.

    I can't even see the Switch to old Yahoo Mail button on this account. It's been replaced by Give Feedback which doesn't make sense coz my other accounts can revert to the previous Yahoo Mail look.

    1 spesso non si riesce a rispondere al mittente
    2 se un'email va nel cestino per errore non è possibile riportarla nella casella arrivo
    3 se si cambia pagina perchè si apre un'altra applicazione nel pc al ritorno su yahoo non c'è più l'emai che si stava leggendo
    4 dove trovo l'assistenza sempre gentile a rispondere come una volta
    5 sono disposta a pagare 10€ all'anno pur di avere yahoo nuovamente funzionante come la vecchia versione
