    Who designed this garbage? The new yahoo mail is terrible, makes little sense, impossible to navigate, attachments don't forward, I can't find things in my outbox, the list goes on. Whoever is behind these ****** changes should be fired.

    can't access business email since being forced into the new mail format. New layout is extremely poor, and was not needed.

    Previous version of mail was a billion times better, and more of an upgrade than this new POS Mail is. VERY Unhappy!

    On Saturday Yahoo Classic was changed into something ridiculous. I subscribe to Yahoo Pro, a paid for account, to avoid this type of nonsense. Did it ever occur to your tech. people that customers stayed with Yahoo Classic for a reason? From my perspective the New Yahoo is too busy and wish to return to the original format.

    I can't even print the full body of an email with the current set up with a wide right margin for nothing and it seems I cannot "hide" it to extend the center column--the email body. My emails show left categories--no one's business but mine-- a skinny little body for my emails--for printing too, and this wide right empty space. OK, so there is an arrow there--but it doesn't stay wide. It reverts back with each change of email and is there in the printing. What an inefficient and wasteful bit of exercise. Give me back my old clean format. This is too junked up. How frustrating! This is NOT a new, improved model.

    Hey Product Support, if you really want to give your users products that are "products to make them even more useful to our members", change back to the old format. That was useful.

    why do I have to constantly sign in between my personal email and my business email? The resend button does not work often freezing me out of both personal and business email. Whoever thought of this new email system ought to get FIRED!

    This new email is horrible. Have to sign in multiple times to go from personal email and business email. The notification does not work at times causing me not to be able to retrieve my mail. Who's bright idea was it to change the whole system. If you don't want my business just tell me and I'll go to gmail. That's what you are forcing on us.

    We should be given a CHOICE to stick to Classic Mail! I've been holding on to it as long as HUMANLY POSSIBLE because I HATE the new mail, everything about it, but I came back from yard work this afternoon to find MY EMAIL SWITCHED TO THE NEW ONE ON ITS FREAKING OWN, and I COULDN'T CHANGE IT BACK (like I'd always done before)! I was FORCED to switch email versions WITHOUT PERMISSION!

    Who CARES if we're using the old one?! Does hat really hurt you any, Yahoo?! We're still USING YOUR CLIENT, just the way WE WANT, and if you were a REAL email client who CARES about your customers, you would APPRECIATE THAT FREEDOM OF CHOICE! And I KNOW I'm not the only one who feels that way! There are SO MANY other people on this forum who feel EXACTLY like I do (I know because they're EVERYWHERE in Featured right now)! People have been begging for MONTHS to shut this **** up, but do you listen?! NO! Well, you SHOULD! If I didn't HAVE to use your client for work, I would have dropped it like a hot potato and gone to Gmail instead! I know a LOT of people feel the same!

    GIVE US A CHOICE!

    I don't want NEW Mail. I followed your directions to switch back in settings and the only tab at the bottom is feedback. There is no tab to switch back to classic. New mail sucks

    New format stinks, especially when it is forced on you. I can no longer add a simple filter by right clicking on an email. I have to cut and past and go through settings. This takes 5x as long to do.

    Why do you keep on changing. I was happy with the old format. Also I am getting my reply emails to the recovery email. Why?
    Where are the settings?
