    Why are calendar and contacts opening in new windows!?! Old yahoo was so much more streamlined!! New yahoo is still better than gmail but, as someone stated, why are you making change for the sake of change? And if you MUST change, can't you wait until you're ready to change (vis a vis having to open new windows)?

    This version of Yahoo Mail sucks!!!!!! PLEASE STOP 'FIXING' IT BECAUSE IT ONLY GETS WORSE EVERY TIME.

    I have shrunk my Yahoo email, I have no idea how and everything is unreadable. Hopeless. If I can't find out where I can put it back the way it was I will leave yahoo.

    Since new mail, I have trouble getting into my mail. It says waiting for response from yahoo mail, and sometimes it says can't connect securely to this page. I never had a problem with old mail!

    other mail getting easy and comfortable to used.but yahoo keep change to make user hard to used and gve bad experiance.u should fired ur staff that give ***** idea

    There is no improvement here. It's awful. Like death by a thousand paper cuts. I don't know if I should just switch to gmail now and get it over with instead of watching yahoo's ongoing display of contempt for its users. Do you care at all what we want?

    This new version is no good ! NO good ! Too complicated . After moved mail to Done folder, and they don't show which folder at any more. Only shows Yahoo.. Need old version back... Don't like this SO CALLed NEW Version... Worse then ever !

    With this "new" version of Yahoo mail, one cannot add new contacts to existing lists. Can you please add this function or simply restore the old version?

    when I am reading an email, it vanishes; it is no longer in the inbox, and I can only retrieve it if I do a search;

    I have re-booted, cleared cookies, etc;
    it has been happening a great deal;
    pls advise the fix;
