This link https://upgrade.mail.yahoo.com/ just brings me back to my email -- no instructions or guidelines to using the new, improved Yahoo -- which is NOT! How do I return to former version?

Why is Y f'n with people? Did the government make you do this?
I happened to click on my sent emails and saw a reply to one! WTF? I never saw it in the regular in box.
I looked around, came back to sent mails, and it was gone.
I get it. The more ~ natural ***** ups, the easier it is to hid deliberate abuses. -

The latest version is way too slow and does not provide the same simple service as before... Give us an option instead of always pushing out something new.....

Please give us the old style email format - the improvements now in place are only superficial - why is it that a programmer's new and greater idea is implemented because they think its better? - let me go back what worked quite well for me and for others - change to change is not always change for the better

Change is not always good. Changing back to the old format should be an option. The new format is annoying. Imagine a car company putting the steering wheel on the passenger's side, the ignition switch in the back seat, the gas pedal in the trunk, and the brake pedal on the roof. That's what you've done with this annoying new interface. I WANT THE OLD ONE BACK.

Each day I encounter more things I do NOT like with the new format. If things are to be changed in procedures and formats at please at least inform your customers. When one is familiar with one format one does NOT like being surprised by format changes.
Old format better. New format grossly inferior. Please restore the "old" system. PLEASE. -

I can find no option to return to classic--even though I am following your directions. Also, you keep copying my Yahoo messages to my university official email, and it takes me all kinds of time to delete all of those. Where are the settings for a request to copy messages to another email account?

Just return me to previous format. This one is bulky and difficult to maneuver. My folder titles are no longer fully visible. Everything is slower going, ie adding to folders, accessing them. I don't like the box messaging. You seem to have added more ads but I would take those if I could have the previous format. I wonder why you can't leave well enough alone and let us use what is best for us.
I believe that there was a time when we could choose 1 of 2 formats. You have no mercy! -

This new version (2019) is terrible and your directions to revert back to the old version are INCORRECT. Makes me wonder does yahoo even have a clue? The bottom left on the settings menu does NOT say "Switch back to classic Mail" as you instruct us to do. In fact in place of that you have a thumbs up emoji followed by, "Give Feedback”. Good Try Yahoo. In my line of work we call that "leading the witness." SO NOW WHAT? ARE WE ARE STUCK WITH YOUR NEW VERSION OF A TERRIBLE EMAIL PLATFORM? Your previous comment says that as yahoo moves their products forward, they must unfortunately retire support for older versions. WELL, THAT IS NO THREAT AS YOU HAVE NEVER HAD ANY SUPPORT. Which is another reason why I don't care for this new version. I knew the old version so well that I do not need your support for it. I have been with yahoo for over 20 years and unless you fix this so I can use the previous version that worked perfect I AM OUT. I highly suggest you fix your settings menu so we can get on with our emailing and you do not lose any more of your customers!!!
