    lasciare utilizzare la vecchia versione che è molto piu nitida e di miglior lettura rispetto alla nuova che crea alcuni problemi di vista.
    noto con rammarico che non è possiblie correggere un errore sulla mia data di nascita!!!

    I do not always have acces to my smartphone (or a second device) when I need my mail!
    This is no progress! When I can not go back to the old format I will give up yahoo mail.

    WHY CAN'T YOU PEOPLE AT YAHOO SEE THE WAY PEOPLE ARE HATING THE NEW FORMAT..... BRING BACK THE CLASSIC AND IT APPEARS THAT WILL SOLVE THE MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS THAT ARE TAKING THE TIME TO REACH OUT TO YOU BUT YOU ARE NOT, AS USUAL, PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DUH!!     I can nor re-size the folder column. You cut of most of the information I can see for each folder. Why do you keep making Yahoo mail worse with each "improvement?"

    I am 83+ years old and find it difficult to follow your new ideas. I took over two hours to locate the gear icon. Please let me continue with my old format . I have changed my password.

    I can't switch back to the old style of e-mail. There did not seem to be a way to respond to a human (?) on the "chat" feature when I tried to ask for help. Also, when composing messages, how can I keep the screen from shifting so the cursor is at the bottom? Before it was easy enough to keep the cursor in the middle of the screen where I want it, now there does not seem to be a way to control it.

    When retiring old version of a product we PAY for, strive to make BETTER versions than the ones taken away.

    A disingenuous way of handling complaints is by sending us to a page that poorly explains how the new version works.

    Euphemisms aside, why? Whywhywhy would you switch from new emails on top to new emails on the bottom?
