Please return me to the old format. Again! If and when I want to change to the new format, I will do so. I do not care for it. I do not give authorization/permission for my format to be changed without my doing so! Please, STOP!

Return to "old" format. New one is ugly. It offers no functional improvement. Stop changing things around without sending notice of changes. Listen to your customers. Current email format is not "moving products forward." It is a counter-productive exercise in non-essential changes.

After reading many pages of people asking to restore Classic mail, it is amazing why it hasn't been done yet! I will start using my gmail account, exclusively.

Adding email addresses to email groups are not saved.
The utility of the email folder window has been diminished as the number of unopened emails, in a folder, is no longer shown. -

Who told you to change what I had!?! I was comfortable with the way I could work with mail before the change. Now I am considering changing to your competition,

"old format" just fine. "New format" a step down. Go back to "old" format. Now. Why did you change what was working just fine? For what purpose? Correct your mistake, go back to original "classic" email format.

Why "improve" your product by coming up with clearly inferior version? Your design and development people are no doubt enthralled with their "new" product but it is your customers who have ultimate decision rights. They, not your in-house tech design staff, have thoughts you should listen to. You are under no compulsion to "retire the older version." You can acknowledge the mistake and leave format as it was. The "new" format is terrible.
