Agree! The new format sucks so bad it could put Dyson out of business! Who the heck thought this is an improvement??? It looks awful. Functionality is worse. Get out of your cubicles and talk to the rest of the world. CHANGE IT BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!

I dont like the new email response where I'm at the bottom of the script rather than the top.. I guess what I am saying is QUIT CHANGING YAHOO !
Classic Mail was the best version...and apparently there are millions out there that feel the same as me, SO GIVE US WHAT WE WANT ! -

You actually changed it back for a few days and I was so pleased. Then, today I sign in to find you have switched it back to the old version again. Just because you come up with a newer version does not make it a better version. You can look through these questions here and see that most of your users do not like this version. You even told one user who said "it sucks" to explain why. Well, let me tell you in a nutshell. The new version of yahoo mail is not user friendly at all.

I would like to be totally ad free in my mail section. How can I stop the ads? I'm not interested in what's being displayed most of the time

The new mail hangs, all the time!! Navigation is jerky. The "look" is fine, the "feel" is not. Trying to do standard email stuff has been very, very frustrating. Also, please add feature to print emails in the draft folder. Until the user experience is improved, please allow usage of the old mail.

In addition, previous version had sub-folders indented by one space. Also would kike to be able to adjust the width of the folders column.

Can't do a right click on an email to do a reply or forward!
Created a new folder, but cannot move that folder to a sub folder!
Why don't you test ALL aspects of a system before you put it out on line. KEEP THE OLD OPERATIONAL ITEMS AND IMPROVE BY ADDING OTHERS! But don't remove items that have been helpful in the past!
As the previous post said, "IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!!!"

I hate the new mail. It took away things that were really vital to my business.
There are no longer contact lists. That's major PR & Marketing tool we were using. I'm worried when or if this gets restored I'll have to go through the thousands of contacts I have and put them in their lists again. I honestly can't believe any email would delete such a basic feature.
I'm also now missing certain contacts. I've discovered 2-3 in the last couple of days since the change over. That means there are far more than that. The only option available is to restore entire contact list. This means every contact I've ever deleted will get restored. I don't want this. So I saw that there was the option to restore individual contacts. Turns out this feature isn't even actually set up yet.
So now I'm going to need to figure out how to get all my emails and contacts forwarded to google or outlook because they're far more reliable, if a little unfamiliar.
Thank you Yahoo for many hours of research, retraining, and setting up anew my email so my business can continue running smoothly. I appreciate all of the money you are costing me by changing things that were working perfectly. Don't change what is working, that's my suggestion.

Right hand screen options are unhelpful and just clutter the page. Streamlined on left works OR better yet just have them as OPTIONS under SETTINGS

Change back how to create a filter in incoming mail. Right click and choose the filter. VERY easy.
Now there are series of steps, have to check what the email is, then type it in, etc. it's to much of a pain.
Make it user friendly again! -

You have taken away the option to return to the old mail set-up If you cannot put it back immediately, I will have no choice but to use Google as my primary e-mail. I can see that almost 17000 customers agree with me - why do you want to lose that many customers?
