    I was happy with Classic. I don't like these themes. .My user experience is ruined. Yahoo has lost my loyalty. I'm not paying for customer service!

    +1...I don't understand the logic with replacing something that works well with something that just doesn't...the only thing that I could Imagine is that Yahoo is employing some Verizon CEO's kid to mess around for big money validation... nothing elase seems logical...(like greater surveillance, they could drop that code in anytime without messing up the interface...) but here we are...Gmail is hardly better IMHO...

    ME AGAIN. Its already ranked no. 1 and Yahoo don't even bother to give us any solution. I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE NEW VERSION. It used to be can go back to previous version, but NOW just could go back to BASIC ( OLDEST ) Version. Any way I ( we ) could go back to previous version????
    ALL the font is in bold, I like the old version better which BOLD is for UNREAD mail while READ mail in normal font. But now ALL is in BOLD and quite hard for my EYES.

    Forwarding does not work correctly. I lost all my contacts in my business email. That cost me money. I've had my merchant solutions site since 2007 and this is what I get. The new emails don't work correctly. This new email is a mess and not simple or organized well.

    Why do Engineers always change things..?? Rhetorical question, as technology improves by leaps and bounds.

    However, the previous mail systems worked quite well formats and methods were well known and colors were no garish. Now we have a NEW MESS>

    Selection box
    On the new poorly designed E-Mail, the selection box often works incorrectly.

    EXAMPLE:
    This Morning, I moved the cursor to the center of the box, clicked and the mail opened - INSTEAD OF JUST SELECTING THAT ITEM.

    This has happened four times in a row. I cannot select an item to move.

    I don't like the way to reply emails, it's now like Hotmail and i hate it. Please Give us back the old version, not the basic, but the version before this new bad version. If i wanted to upgrade to this version i would do it a long time ago, but it,s because i did not like it. You can't force us to upgrade. I think i am gonna have a Gmail account instead, i have already one but i don't use it, but now and after 19 years of using yahoo i am gonna quit.

    PS... when printing the print is so small an older gentleman like myself has trouble reading the print!!!

    When printing an email I DON'T want th see all of the junk on the sides of the email program. ALL I want is the email itself!

    THis is BAd real Bad! Just replied to myself, then thinking I was deleting one email I deleted the entire conversation! Hard to Read! AOL is better!

    Please, If you are going to make the email program "LOOK LIKE GMAIL" why don't you just say you are "GOOGLE!"

    Don't like what you have done and don't like the new layout. Editing tools are missing! Put it back to the previous programming.
