    The "new" interface is terrible. It is less responsive and usable.

    the new mail sucks and your help says I can change by going to settings then at the bottom click switch back but that option is not found. you have provided no way to forward my mail and no way to switch back, that is why it sucks. As soon as I can change all the places that reach through yahoo I will quit all my yahoo dealings.

    Get rid of your NEW yahoo email, It is of NO use to me,

    I will be working on changing my address to my Gmail account so that I don't have to pay the increase! I didn't have a problem with $19.99/yr. but I do have a problem with $34.99/yr. Especially since I don't even like the New Mail format!!!!!

    I HATE THIS NEW BACKGROUND!! Why cant we just stay with the old one? Why fix whats not broken?
    THIS SUCKS I HATE IT> Its ******* the eyes.
    Hard to differentiate between ads and my actual mail
    BOO Yahoo. FAIL

    I just had to switch my email to the "new email" in order to forward a automated email from Merrrill Lynch (because old mail will not forward correctly; it converts the email into hyroglifics from Egypt. Now I go to switch it back and there is no button to do so at the top of the settings screen, and the "more" doesn't work. But there's lots of buttons to change the "color"....just ridiculous.

    This is just lousy.

    The old format was better for older persons, with Bright Bold fonts was easier to read, and faster on my older PC

    Where's my contacts list gone? The contacts icon has disappeared from the new mail. Hate it so much am trying to move my contacts to my new Google mail.

    This new email is not as smart as I thought. In the View folder for Photos it has photos with extensions such as gif, jpg, png and others that are photos. What gets me is that in Documents there are files with extensions such as mp4, wmv and others that are videos and not documents. Documents as I was taught had extensions of doc, pdf, pps, xls and such. Sure does make it hard to find a video in all those documents.

    Also why is it that when an email is deleted in one of my folders that the photo is still in the View – Photos? Then on the other hand if you delete a photo in the View – Photos it will delete the email!!! How stupid is this? My answer is pretty stupid.
    With all the folders in the View folder is a real waste of storage space. People make up folders for where they want emails put so this maybe why this new email format is slow.

    Bring back CLASSIC as it is more user friendly.

    I see no view as printable option. Now there are too many things you have to do to navigate around the page.
