Change back to the old version. Emails being sent with only half the information. Can't copy and paste pictures or text onto emails. Is ruining my business and giving me a huge headache. After years (since 1997!) I am being given no choice but to change my email supplier. What a mess!

ME AGAIN. Its already ranked no. 1 and Yahoo don't even bother to give us any solution. I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE NEW VERSION. It used to be can go back to previous version, but NOW just could go back to BASIC ( OLDEST ) Version. Any way I ( we ) could go back to previous version????
ALL the font is in bold, I like the old version better which BOLD is for UNREAD mail while READ mail in normal font. But now ALL is in BOLD and quite hard for my EYES. -

Inevitably every few months, my Yahoo app will just freeze when I’m using my mail. I mean freeze as in won’t back out to any screen and I have to delete the app and reinstall. Sometimes after the third try it will decide to work but usually I have to login through Safari for a while instead. I need consistency. Smh.

You can improve the New Mail by replacing it with Classic mail. The only improvement is that I could forward things without having you mangle them. I use New Mail only to forward.

The only thing I like about the "PRO" is the delete butten stays above and visible at all times even in the middle to end of the email content. What I don't like is multiple clicking to delete spam and trash, also multiple clicking to sign out as well the waite time between the all these multiple clicks.

All the letters and clogged and it's so hard to read the messages. The folder columns are so narrow and I'm forced to reduce the titles. When I search a subject, the folder where the emails belong disappeared, there is not way to know where the emails actually are. And there are so many useless changes and I don't know where to begin... Please bring back the old format.

I hate the new yahoo email. I like being able to get on the internet while looking at my emails. How do I get back to the old format? Every time I click on the just give me back my old email don't like this one an ad comes up. Please help me get back.

when i want to delete emails i am limited to a 25 number to delete in one go. it did not happen on my old email. in the same time i don t see how many spam i have in my folder. i don t like the new version and i want to feel like at home in my email.
