This is a bad change. It takes forever for emails to load and my contacts are GONE. This new mail should be zippy and cutting edge instead it is like going back to 1998

You have FORCED me to the new mail and now my contacts are all gone. When I push the contacts button colored bars appear and fade in and out but my contacts do not appear. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE OLD BETTER MAIL.

Its already ranked no. 1 and Yahoo don't even bother to give us any solution. I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE NEW VERSION. It used to be can go back to previous version, but NOW just could go back to BASIC ( OLDEST ) Version. Any way I ( we ) could go back to previous version????
ALL the font is in bold, I like the old version better which BOLD is for UNREAD mail while READ mail in normal font. But now ALL is in BOLD and quite hard for my EYES. -

I hate the way the new yahoo is and everything about it. It has so much color pollution and too small an incoming email listing. It has too many "things" on it and no way to know how to use them and they must be unneeded and unwanted as I always got along fine without them. BRING BACK MY BASIC PLEASE!! Yahoo, you are being mean keeping an 81 year old lady from basic. Shame on you!

You can allow users to return to the classic/basic format. I sincerely dislike the new format.

...little i can add to this unbelievable mess...your "engineers" should have seen this coming and they did not...give us an option to return to what we had....simple is best...your nerds have effed this one up bigtime!!!

Today, one of my Yahoo emails converted to the "new" version. I do not like it. If you choose to go to "Basic", that has changed also! What we had, exactly what we had, DOES NOT EXIST. BOTH options have changed. Why not give us the option to upgrade if WE want...not automatically do it. AND, why change the BASIC as well as the "new". Now we're forced to choose the "lesser of two evils". Unbelievable. If I wanted Gmail, I would use it. But I don't like their setup...and now yours. And, they basically have us if you've had your email for years and don't want to switch. This is a no-win situation. Unless...they do value Customer Service and will give us the option to go back to EXACTLY what we had. This is absolutely terrible.

I have to go to each alias to read and manage each of them. A real annoyance and time synch. Also my folders are not visible in each alias, so I have to forward Emails to my primary account to be able to file certain ones in folders. Whoever defines requirements for new versions should be FIRED.

This new set-up is very unwieldy and frankly, annoying. Please give me the original back. Otherwise, I will have to move to Gmail. Thank you.
