    New format is ridiculously confusing because the message thread is all jumbled. PLEASE go back to how it was before.

    Not a fan. When searching how to go back to old format, the help indicates that you can...BUT YOU CAN'T. not cool.

    Grouped Conversation is not Working for Me, I just replied, came back day later only to see I replied to Myself. It was important, as I was taking out a contract....but I regress...YAHAOO! Please return to old email, do it on PIE day, Do it Today.

    I have spent 4 days trying to get in to my email account from my notebook. This is really frustrating, so I think that going back to my old email program might solve this problem. I don't want to sign up for a new account because I have saved information that I don't want to lose and I think it might also be a pain to notify my contacts of a new email address.

    Please correct horizontally split pages with bottom usually in readable but upper half upside-down behind a screen-filter blocking access to navigation. Need separate pages of about 25 emails which can be sorted page-by-page, then allowing email account holder to advance to the next page to continue to sort. Seems to be a hacker trying to copy my entire hard drive, looking for receipts, accounts, Also, discontinue *****-type ads.

    I need Classic email with about 25 emails per page, which I can select for delete. New Email has an impossible scroll feature which doesn't accept deleting emails. So my email is over-flowing to 17,000 & my pc is not functioning properly. Email pages are splitting into 2 at about center with bottom half usually readable & top half upside-down, including top navigation bar, with a screen-filter over the type which makes it unreadable. Please re-install 'Settings' from email page to allow switch back to 'Classic' which has been changed to only color choices, top banners, etc.

    I NEED to underline! where IS it?? If there is a way to get it, you should provide that info upfront. Don't make us search for a way to underline.

    YAHOO, YOU ***** at Mail platform. YAHOO SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS GARBAGE MAIL PLATFORM THEY HAVE FORCED US INTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARROGANT YAHOO CLOWNS!

    When the Inbox refreshes, it is rolling back 1-3 months in time. Then I have to scroll back up to today. GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE AND RETURN THE BETTER old Mail.

    I agree with almost every one of the comments posted regarding this Yahoo email format. You know what they say... "If it ain't broke... don't fix it." You broke it!!!! Now I have to find an ulterior email service. I'm currently asking my friends whatservice they use and then I will change. Sorry Yahoo. I've had enough irritation. I gave it a try, but you no longer offer the option to return to previous version. HUGE MISTAKE.
