    return me to my old format - stop moving things that I have saved or haven't read yet - leave my mail alone

    Your pop up ads are annoying and time consuming to delete. This new format is not user friendly. Return to the old format.

    Second, I can never find saved emails I want. Once I put them in a folder I can't find them again.l Please correct these issues. I don't want to change from Yahoo but if this continues I will. It's not worth the hassle.

    This format is awful, it is impossible to read or check emails, and most likely I will be deleting this account and those associated with it in the very near future if improvements are not made quickly to change this format back to one which more resembles the prior format

    I cannot read mail with the black background and can't find a way to fix that. Very frustrating!! Please let me have the old page where it is white with black type

    Interface keeps lagging, it takes half second for the letter to appear on the screen after pressing the key. This sucks.
    And this is on a pretty good hardware, I don't even try to use this monster from an old laptop.

    Just make it fast and usable, i.e. return the old format back.

    I am viewing an email and then the screen jumps back to the top email. Appears to be a bug in the program

    PLEASE RETURN TO MY OLD FORMAT! I don't even have the option any longer in my settings! My new small business email constantly freezes and I have to keep emptying my cache in order to send an email! YOU NEVER RESPOND TO MY HELP EMAILS and now you want to charge me to fix a problem that YOU have created for me! This is crazy!

    When I get an email and read it, then click reply, it drops me to the BOTTOM of the email threads which is backwards. All other email programs use the latest response is at the TOP of the email thread. How do I change that in settings?

    Dumping my most recent response to the bottom of the list messes with us and our customers how to know which response is what - you have to look at dates and time to figure out which email thread response is first or last. Our customers have also commented that our email system is replying to them with no message and we have to tell them our "new" email system may have put our response on the bottom. Jake - a customer of ours had a perfect response to my explanation. He said "Why?". So Yahoo please provide a settings to have recent response at the top like all other email programs in existence - or a button to revert back to the clunky classic version. Tony

    Bring back classic view. One mail one message, a message goes to the inbox, a message goes to the sent folder when it is replied at. I don't want the conversation-style of e-mail. Simply put, "classic" was the best setting. People LOVE it. If it's not the case for majority, at least make it an option for the rest of those who want to keep it. IF it's "money" that Yahoo is after, I never had issue with ads, just have an appropriate window for it... apparently, Classic view had a space at the right side of the window. So I don't know why Yahoo insists on putting Classic view to death.

    I like the way my email was. I also would like to know how to delete old email addresses that are no longer of use to me.

    You can approve the new mail only returning the old one!! or let me know how to change it to old mail !!!!!!
