    Grouping by conversation is really BAD. LETS go back to Classic Email. Lets go BACK TODAY at any Cost to you!. Who at YAHOO! want to meet me?

    Either you are ignoring your customers or just don´t care about what the they want, in any case that is not good. Your new format is horrible, bring the old one back if not for the customers, do it for the money you stand to loose when they (we) all move to other system.

    I HATE THE NEW E-MAIL. IT SUCKS. I'D RATHER GIVE IT ALL UP ALLTOGETHER THEN USING THIS ****** -UP VERSION. GET ME OUT OF THIS!!!!!

    I don't want grouping by conversation and I can't turn it off. You guys are trying to copy Apple and Gmail which does that too and I dislike it. Please fix...or at least make turning it back an option. Right now that's not working.

    New look is aweful, where is Yahoo Classic Mail? I had it until yesterday (March 10th 2019) now I can't seem to get it whatever i do. I HATE the newer formats. Why change stuff that is not broken?

    This new format sucks. I see by all the posting that you don't care what people want. WE WANT THE OLD FORMAT BACK!! If I don't see a way to get the old format back then YAHOO CAN stick it! I'll just switch to GMAIL.

    Contacts do not get added from Send or Inbox mails. There is no option to add addresses -- it just doesnit happen automatically anymore.

    Hate this new e-mail format and am unable to get back to the old one..PLEASE help. How do I get my old e-mail back. this new format is especially difficult to see. I have followed the suggestions to return to the old e-mail but the directions are not correct.
    PLEASE help!
