    When you exchange 12-20 emails with someone and need to go back to email 8 and reply to that one only it is difficult, the old email it was still there in line. SO, we need to go back to OLD to YAHOO cost, very fast. TODAY

    I have been using Yahoo Mail since the early 1990s and am unhappy with the new Yahoo Mail that I have been forced to upgrade to. The main problem is the auto-generated cards. They get in my way while I'm typing emails. It is a terrible feature that should be discontinued. There is currently no way for the user to do this in the settings. The other thing I dislike is that the check mark stays on mail pieces after I am finished with them. Sometimes this leads me to accidentally delete emails I want to keep because I go and delete another but the check mark has remained on the one(s) I want to keep.

    I really dislike your new format. First, when I reply to a received message, I have no option to edit the subject line. Second, the search engine often does not work properly when I search by email address. For instance, it may not find my replies to that address. I do not understand why your version is trying to think in my stead rather than listen to what I want from it. The bottom line is that you compromised the user-friendliness and efficiency for a fancy look.

    I agree. I am having problem downloading my files right after being switched to the new email. All day, I have not been able to do so, and this is my work email. Please fix the issues. The new email format is not very friendly, and too long....

    I totally dislike this format. Not sure why. It seems more complicated and not user friendly like for someone like me that does not have time to search for things or look for things.

    Terrible new layout/typeface etc etc...old so much easier on the eye. Bring back old or re-design new for a cleaner/crisper look.

    I hate hotmail for the very reasons that yahoo has just become. This new version is awful. Almost 15 years with yahoo and I will likely have to switch. Thanks for nothing.

    Can't stand the new format. Never know if I have an email or not. Have to scroll up and down to find it - and it's hidden in "old"/former messages. What a mess.
    Who came up with this "new" format? A "techie" who didn't have anything else to do?
    PLEASE GIVE US BACK THE OLD FORMAT. (Last message on top - reply on top of that).

    For whatever reason, you do not want to help me with this issue and seem to refuse to because I won't sign up for a Twitter account and post a screenshot on Twitter, a public place where you want me to post screenshots of my private email. So much for privacy. Because I won't, you just close the request and thumb your nose at me?? Give me an email where I can send you screenshots. I am not posting my personal business with you on Twitter!! How difficult is that for you to just give me an email address to reply to??. I have been having this issue since February 3rd. I just changed back to the old Classic version a few minutes ago to see if it would still happen and guess what? It didn't do it. So, it is your new version that is changing what the emails are typed in once we hit send or forward. Please correct this! I am trying to get a legitimate issue with your new version of email resolved. Obviously, by other posts I have seen, this isn't a new singular problem. Other people have also complained about it. My default font does not stick when sending emails or forwarding them. It ends up in a small size 10 font.

    I wish to vote for all that mention ugly colors, hurt eyes, difficult to read and loss of capability. 'Upgrades' usually slow down processes and degrade performance, making them downgrades for users.

    I agree. This new version is slow and clunky. I have an Ebay business and don't need to muddle through my emails.
    I have had this Yahoo email address for over 20 years, now, and am seriously thinking of switching to Gmail, Hotmail, or something better than this.
