    It is too bad that on your help pages you show a way to get back to the original email format, but when you do what it says that the "switch back to classic Mail" is gone. Isn't it stupid to show help that is no longer true. Please put that back and let us go back to the original mail version. Obviously you want yahoomail to look like hotmail, but we have this for a reason. If I wanted it to look like hotmail, I would use my hotmail account. No wonder everyone calls it yahell.

    Return to the last format, don't like the new one.The print is very small also. Couldn't find the icon to enlarge it. Hard to read. tired of yahoo always changing the format without asking!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Changing to another provider, sick of Yahoo.

    I HATE the new system. Not being able to view attachments before sending them really interferes with emails to our customers. Not being able to sort my mail by sender makes browsing through the email more time consuming. PLEASE bring back the old options. Why would you change something that was already working well? If the changes can't be reversed then we will be going to a new email system.

    Too hard to read, colors too bright, unable to open any attachments that I attach to an email just to verify what I am sending out.

    Yaphoo! no one likes new format, many will switch to the superior GMAIL! If you cant or wont switch back, then END all Email services April 1, 2019

    make the 'basic' (return to basic email mode) discover-able as per your directions
    current directions for return to basic did not suffice.

    Please restore the option to switch to Classic View in Yahoo Mail. The new version is slower and clunky and now I can't even switch back. This is a royal pain to have to come to this forum to beg for a simpler format especially when I see that when others have asked for the same thing & the response is basically, "No. Deal with it."

    Get me the old one please, this one is awful, difficult to understand, less functionality and on top of all that is ugly. As many others here if I dont get the old one back and soon, I am off to Gmail.

    Solved It!!!!! Load Up Yahoo Mail inside Internet Explorer. (Which the New Version is NOT Supported). Then it will actually give you the option to Switch Back to Classic View. Then Open Yahoo Mail in Chrome, Firefox, etc. Wah Lah!!!!

    Please return me to my original email...new version is very difficult to navigate. Hate this and is very time consuming and my time is everything!
