How can we improve New Mail?

    Yahoo made this email cell phone friendly so even more people can use their cell phones while driving and cause even more car accidents and possibly cause even more fatalities while driving. Isn't Yahoo smart?

    Yahoo's website advice to switch back to basic email says to click settings gear wheel upper right corner of page, scroll to bottom, and select switch back. WELL THERE IS NO OPTION TO SELECT SWITCH BACK !!!!!!!!!!!

    Not ready to commit to New Mail? You can switch back from New Mail to classic mail. If you're already in classic mail, it's not possible to switch to an older version of Yahoo Mail.

    Switch back to classic mail
    Go to your Yahoo Mail account.
    Click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon. at the top-right of https://mail.yahoo.com (not the icon on this help page).
    Click Switch back to classic Mail at the bottom of the window.
    From the "Tell us why you want to leave" drop down menu, select a reason.
    In the provided field, enter additional comments.
    Click Switch back to classic Mail (only clickable if you do steps 3 and 4).

    SO THERE IS NO WAY TO GO BACK TO BASIC YAHOO EMAIL. TIME TO GO TO GMAIL LIKE ALL MY FRIENDS HAVE DONE

    Horrible - hate it. Want to go back to old email. Now I know why all my friends are sending me emails with notifications that their email addresses are changing to gmail. Was wondering why until today, when this happened. . . .

    i hate to ask for OTP everytime. Its frustrating and disgusting. I will be compelled to switch to gmail completely and exit from yahoo.

    Also, I am not able to download any attachments with my mail.

    Lile the previous display. It alternated each line between light and a small amount of shade. Please set my account to the previous settings. You should not assume we like something. We are paying for this service, so please get the old format back. Thanks

    The new format is too much like Gmail and that is why I chose Yahoo to begin with because I though Gmail was awful and confusing. Plus, everytime you change the format I lose a bunch of important emails and that's super annoying!

    You can still return to classic and ignore the warning and then use its options to change but that is pretty awkward.

    I am absolutely disappointed in the new Yahoo mail. I really cant say I like anything about it..How do I switch back?>

    Cannot stand the "new format". Please restore/take us back to the old format.

    Having to scroll all the way DOWN to find the latest email, is rubbish. And to have all the emails stuck together - just doesn't work.

    Again - take us back/restore the old format. That one WORKS!!!

    Please put back the "people view" -- can't get back to classic and now can't sort on the category People. Unbelievable!!!

    My anger level is growing from being a bit irritated to all out cursing and wanting to flush anything with a Yahoo logo down the toilet!

    This is terrible. Small print, faded and header icons inactive Please change back. I can't read this page.

    Why did it have to change, it looks like Gmail now! I liked the old format and that's 1 of the reasons why I always stayed with Yahoo. If it's possible, please change me back.

    Terrible. Yahoo has Always been much slower than gmail. And now I can't even download the attachments. I am quitting yahoo. Just opened new gmail. What a relief.

    Difficult to see e-mail in the new format. I'm switching to Gmail. Bye Bye Yahoo!
