    what happened to our options?? I don't want to pay $35.00 for "benefits" that I will never use. Bring back the Classic or the Plus; get rid of the "Pro".

    This New Email is really BAD. LETs go back to OLD, and use the NEW and a PAY premier email.
    I'm Sure your rake in the money!. More advice....all employees at yahoo QUIT

    The site is slow as ****, what is happening?? Is it all the ad upgrades you are forcing me to change my version to accommodate? Grrrrr

    This background glares. I much prefer the old mail where I could control the background screen color so it's easier for me to read.

    You need to give us options, as to what we like on our mailbox. I do not care about the setting of looking into my mailbox for something! I would much like to have back the option of searching the internet option back!! The old style was easier for me to use, as I am 68 yrs. young and set in my ways. I don't like changes!!!!!!!

    The old layout told you how many new messages were in your various folders...

    Folders (20)
    Myfolder1 (5)
    Myfolder2
    Myfolder3 (15)

    You still show the new messages in the individual folders but the main heading no longer shows the total messages. I use the sort messages capability to move low priority messages to directly to folder but now I have to scroll through every folder in the list to see if I have any messages in the folders not at the top of the folder list.

    Why did you do away with this feature? DUMB DUMB DUMB

    Yahoo was my first email account on the WWW, I have been using you guys for 15-20 years? or more. I have been considering downloading all my saved emails because your service has gotten so choppy.

    Some of my emails show in the folder but I can no longer access the actual email. THIS REALLY ****** ME OFF!

    Until the recent upgrade of Yahoo Mail, the spell check function would check both English and French simultaneously. Now, however, it doesn't seem to know French words. Could you possibly restore the site's ability to check French spelling? I found that helpful for conversing with people who use French as their first and sometimes only language.

    hate this email service. spent hours trying to do an auto forward of emails, wait forever on hold if I call.

    you guys, the new one is terrible. When I hit the box to delete bulk email, it differs each time.. One time its 100, today, it was 110 yesterday 50. No consistency. takes more work to go and check to see if it is acting crazy today. Actually has become alot of work on this site.. Plus I enjoyed going to the OLD search bar and putting in search ideas and then hitting WEB, now that is not offered. I also don't care for the appearance of the page. Worst change ever. Please PLEASE fix the issue with the mass delete button, 50 at a time is sufficient but 110???

    I have spent days, looking for the setting to return to the old classic email. Appears that is not possible. WHO? will compensate me for my time wasted , TIME TO PAY YAHOO!
