We've stuck with Yahoo all these years...why are we being forced into a format that is totally confusing when we were happy with Classic? The new one is abysmal.

This NEW format IS REAL BAD, just replied to latest email, and responded to myself. TIME to move to GMAIL, YAHOO you are the weakest link....goodby!

There is no tab to switch back to classic or my old email. I followed the directions and there was no option to switch back

do not need it to show my response to every email as if its a new email. Way to busy of a screen.
I don't want to see every line of communication every time I open up an email. Then have to fish thru it to see where the new message is. Way to confusing, just takes to much time. -

This new mail designed by Verizon looks low budget and childish, It's a crying shame that they're treating their loyal customers like fools because we chose to stick with Yahoo Mail while most folks went to Gmail. Dumping Classic is no way to treat your loyal users! Yahoo would have responded to it's users by now, keeping Classic. Verizon is too prideful and arrogant to listen to it's most valuable customers, the loyal ones! Please get out of the email business Verizon!

I much prefer the Classic email over the new one. Much easier to find things and I like the Edit button and the Contacts, etc. buttons on the menu bar.

I used to be able to narrow my search by clicking on "Refine" to get to what I'm looking for faster, that's gone too. Is this yahoo's idea of making things easier?

Why is it that no matter how frequently I mark an email as NOT SPAM nor how much time I waste attempting to put email address parameters into filters to prevent personal mail from some addresses from going into spam it still happens with this hew system... I thought spam filters were supposed to be smart and learn as they're used... Yours certainly doesn't! Yahoo mail is nearly unusable now because of problems like this and nowhere to go to get direct help. Could there be any more user unfriendly email provider than Yahoo?
